Ambush Mosquito Traps is committed to making sure all our customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. In the event that your Trap is not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from online companies, we expect a simple return policy that doesn't confuse or frustrate us.

So how can we do this? The answer is that the Ambush Mosquito Trap is the highest quality product on the market. We take great pride in our Trap and find that customers fall in love with our product just as we have. That said, we can deal with the few outliers that happen to be returned.

No Questions Asked Means No Questions Asked

Ambush has a ‘no questions asked’ refund policy. In case you still have doubts about how easy our return process is, we have included a list of acceptable reasons to return one of our products. You can send your Trap back if:

- It doesn’t eliminate your mosquito problem
- You don't like the quality of the product for any reason
- You decide that mosquitoes are just misunderstood, and you will be able to negotiate a truce with their leader
- You buy it as a birthday gift for your husband, but he tells you he wanted a fishing rod

How to Make a Return

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process.

Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

Email info@ambushmosquitotraps.com to request a refund.  - Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on ambushmosquitotraps.com. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item being returned was purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.

Repackage your return - Every Ambush Mosquito Trap is shipped with a receipt that is included in the package. Please return the original receipt with the return - but if you don’t have the original receipt, don’t sweat it (it was on online purchase, after all).

Receiving your refund - As soon as it's in the mail (tracking numbers are ideal to show it's on its way, let us know. You will receive a full refund to the credit card you used to make the purchase. We don't charge restocking fees.

CHARGES AND CREDITS

Shipping charges - We’ll cover all shipping charges except the return of the item - you pay for the return postage and we'll pay for the refund as soon as it's lodged.  

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, or there are missing, or incorrect items, email us info@ambushmosquitotraps.com with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. Once the above has been done, a shipping label will be sent for your return. A replacement product will be sent immediately.
